03 May 2014
The employer consistently fails to meet deadlines to pay our members monies owed, such as shift differential, and now severance payouts. Clearly someone is not doing their job but yet we are still expected to do ours. We are held to a extremely high standard of accountability in our day-to-day work. Why can't a similar level of accountability be placed on the people responsible for this unacceptable situation? Read our Union flyer for more details.
